If a genuine problem occurs with an  order, our team will always work with customers to resolve the matter fairly and  promptly.

Your Right to Cancel  

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel an online  order within 14 days of receiving the goods.  

If you wish to cancel your order within this period, you must notify us within 14 days of  receiving your delivery.  

Once cancellation has been confirmed, the goods should be returned within 14 days.  Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.  

Please note that return postage costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the  item is faulty or incorrect.  

Non Returnable Items  

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These may  include:  

Opened pet food  

Opened treats or supplements  

Perishable goods  

Products that have been used  

These items can only be refunded or replaced if they are faulty or damaged on arrival.  

Pet Food and Consumable Products  

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, pet food and other consumable products  cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened. 

Once a sealed food product has been opened, Daniel’s Tasty Petfoods can no longer  guarantee the integrity, freshness, or safe storage of the product. As a result, opened  products are considered unsuitable for resale and cannot safely be supplied to another pet  owner.  

Daniel’s Tasty Petfoods is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality  and trust. As a premium pet nutrition brand, we believe every pet owner should receive  products that are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to strict quality standards.  

For this reason, opened pet food, treats, supplements, or other consumable items are not  eligible for return or refund unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on  arrival.  

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of  delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.  

This approach protects the health of pets, maintains product integrity, and ensures that  every customer receives products of the quality they expect from Daniel’s Tasty Petfoods.  

Palatability and Individual Pet Preferences  

Every pet is unique, and individual animals may respond differently to new foods or  ingredients. While Daniel’s Tasty Petfoods carefully selects high quality products and trusted  suppliers, we cannot guarantee that every pet will prefer or tolerate a particular food. 

For this reason, refunds or returns cannot be offered for products that have been opened  where the reason for return is that a pet does not like the product, refuses the food, or  experiences a normal dietary adjustment when transitioning to a new food.  

Pet owners are encouraged to introduce new foods gradually and monitor their pet’s response  during the transition period.  

Where customers are unsure whether a product will suit their pet, we recommend purchasing  a smaller quantity initially before committing to larger bags.  

This policy ensures fairness to all customers while allowing Daniel’s Tasty Petfoods to  maintain the high standards of product quality, safety, and integrity expected from a premium  pet nutrition brand.  

Damaged or Faulty Goods  

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after  receiving your delivery.  

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photographs of the product and  packaging.  

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange one of the following:  • Replacement of the product 

• Refund of the purchase price  

• Alternative product of equal value where agreed  

In these circumstances Daniel’s Tasty Petfoods will cover any necessary return costs.  

Missing or Incorrect Items  

If an item is missing from your order or you have received the wrong product, please contact  us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.  

Refund Process  

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase  unless otherwise agreed.  

Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be processed within 5 to 10 working days  depending on the payment provider.  

Delivery Charges  

Original delivery charges are refundable when an order is cancelled within the legal  cancellation period.  

However, if an upgraded delivery service was chosen, the additional cost may not be  refunded.  

Products Delivered Directly From Suppliers  

Some products may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers as part of our fulfilment  arrangements.  

Where this applies, returns may need to be sent directly to the supplier. We will provide  clear instructions if this is necessary.
